Easy Pakistani Seekh Kebab Recipe (Grill or Pan Method)

Seekh Kebabs are juicy, flavorful, and incredibly popular in Pakistani cuisine. Perfect as appetizers or side dishes, they are easy to prepare at home.

Ingredients:

  • 500g minced beef or chicken
  • 1 onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves
  • 2 green chilies (chopped)
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • Salt
  • 1 egg

Instructions:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
  2. Shape the mixture onto skewers.
  3. Grill, bake, or pan-fry until cooked through and slightly charred.
  4. Turn occasionally for even cooking.

Serving:

Serve hot with mint chutney and onion rings.
